To begin the Ram 1500 Classic offers up three different cab configurations including the regular (two doors) that is available with both a standard bed (6ft. 4in.) or an extended bed (8 ft.), both of which seat three. The Quad cab only comes with a standard bed and seats six passengers.  The crew cab, which also with four doors but larger doors found in the rear, has more legroom and can come with either the short (5 ft. 7 in.) or standard bed.  Two engines are available for the 2019 1500 Classic including the 3.6-liter V6 and the 5.7-liter V8.

The 2019 Ram Classic is available in five trim levels which include the Tradesman, Express, SLT and the Big Horn/Lone Star. The Tradesman is the entry-level trim, with minimal amenities and luxury items. Instead, the Tradesman is a work focused truck with 17-inch wheels, a classic IV hitch receiver, spray-in bedliner, air conditioning, six-speaker audio system, two USB ports, rearview camera and cruise control.

Much like the Tradesman, the Express is work-truck focused for those who need a mule in the field. However, the Express adds on body-colored exterior trim, carpeting and 20-inch wheels.

The SLT is the mid level option for 2019 Ram 1500 Classic’s, with more standard equipment including allow wheels and a 5-inch touchscreen display.

The top-of-the-range Big Horn, or Lone Star in Texas, was previously the Ram 1500’s mid level option. It adds comfort features like a 115-volt power outlet, dual-zone automatic climate control, remote start, front and rear parking sensors, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Additionally, the Big Horn offers upgraded cloth seats, power-adjustable driver’s seat and leather-wrapped steering wheel.
